At our last meeting, we had yummy mango icecream for dessert, since it was Ekadasi. Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1.5 cups heavy cream
1 cup cold milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cups fresh mango pulp
Method:
1. Semi-whip the cream
2. In another bowl, mix the milk and condensed milk well.
